Top Predictors Of Employee Satisfaction

How do you measure employee satisfaction? Before starting any incentive program designed to increase employee engagement it's important to determine a base level benchmark for your program. A great set of questions to use in your survey were used in HealthStream's study which researched engagement among 222,061 employees from 166 organizations in the United States.

This research was presented in a wonderful book from Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton on how the best managers use recognition to engage their people, retain talent and accelerate performance, The Carrot Principle.
